My background as an experienced Senior Lecturer and Hospitality Industry specialist gives me an advantage also in recruitment processes at Arcada. I have a strong knowledge about Hospitality and Tourism Industry as well as Intercultural Business and Leadership. During my career I successfully recruited and trained multicultural teams. I also have a proven track of successful European (EU)projects and understanding of the importance of sustainability in business. Nowadays in my role as a Degree Program Director I am also responsible of the overall quality of the business programs at Arcada UAS.
