As programme director for Arcadas Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Global Health Care programmes, I have a responsibility for upholding the quality of education for a group of diverse multicultural students. The collaboration and learning that takes place in Arcada, across both cultures and disciplines, is invaluable. Work at Arcada is never boring and predictable, each day brings new possibilities and challenges promoting personal growth. Working at Arcada makes me happy!!! I get to combine my clinical expertise and passion for teaching and researching in such a way that I feel that my work contributes to the positive development of society in many ways.
